Experienced Somatic Therapy Specialist
At Somatic Bloom Therapy, we specialise in guided somatic therapy to promote mind-body wellness. Our therapist is dedicated to helping you achieve balance and harmony in your life. Through our tailored trauma-informed somatic therapy sessions, we aim to empower you to reconnect with the felt-sense of your body, be able to sit and be fully present with all emotional states. Having a wide range of emotions is of the human experience, and we can often move away from emotions like anger, rage, fear, shame, guilt and sadness and can numb out and find distractions outside of ourselves. When we effectively process emotions and nervous system charges in the body we can cultivate a deeper sense of well-being, presence and regulation in the body. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing and compassionate space for your personal growth and healing journey.
The founder and principal therapist, Karlee Rose, has her own personal journey with somatic therapy, and how instrumental it's been in her own healing journey, after experiencing years of complex trauma. Karlee is ICCT certified at The Centre for Healing in Embodiment Processing, Embodied Enquiry, Tremor Release Therapy, and Karlee is currently studying the SAH Method Activated Somatic Movement Teacher Training.
