Experienced Somatic Therapy Specialist
At Somatic Bloom Therapy, we specialise in guided somatic therapy to promote mind-body wellness. Our therapist is dedicated to helping you achieve balance and harmony in your life. Through our tailored somatic therapy sessions, we aim to empower you to reconnect with the felt-sense of your body and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being, presence and calm in the body. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for your personal growth and healing journey.
The founder and principal therapist, Karlee Rose, has her own personal journey with somatic therapy, and how instrumental it's been in her own healing journey, after experiencing years of complex trauma. Karlee is ICCT certified in trauma-informed Embodiment Processing, Embodied Enquiry, and Tremor Release Therapy.
For personal, one-on-one, therapy sessions, we're able to explore and processing the following areas:
- Complex Trauma and Trauma C-PTSD and PTSD
- Abusive and toxic relationship dynamics -developmental and adult
- Core wounds, including mother wound or father wound
- Parts work: shadow parts and inner child parts
- How to feel your feelings in the body, instead of acting them out

In group sessions, for school or aged-care incursions, gentle movements and music are incorporated to assist the feeling and processing of emotions in the body. In-person group sessions are available for school and aged-care facilities in Melbourne, Australia.
